He was instrumental in shaping the personnel and organisational development of CLAAS for more than 14 years – both nationally and internationally.

Emmanuel Siregar studied Human Medicine and Catholic Theology at the University of Münster. After obtaining his doctoral degree at the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome, he took on a number of leading roles, including positions as Director of Human Resources at Fielmann, Human Resources Manager at Karstadt, and most recently as Managing Director, Human Resources and Organisation, at Sanofi-Aventis Germany.
